Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by the portal to ensure tracked and insured transit.

  Pack Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots in their original branded shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return authorization form included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
